Social Studies TLC has been created to give teachers an opportunity to get together periodically to share resources and strategies to improve practice in a safe and collegial environment. In the 2009-2010 school year, there will be three separate Social Studies TLC groups: American History, World History, and Teachers with 3 years or less of experience. Each group will have 8 two-hour meetings which will be held from 4-6PM. In order to be eligible for PD credit, participants must attend at least six of the eight scheduled meetings.
